Entries Terms & Conditions:
All products and services must have been available in the UK after July 2007
Companies entered must have been trading in the UK for at least 12 months prior to the entry deadline
Projects must have been completed between July 2007 and July 2008 and involve a UK-based implementation
You may enter one or more of the categories
All material submitted will remain strictly confidential to the judges
Descriptions of submissions from winners and finalists will be published in connection with the Awards. Entrants may, however, mark certain sensitive parts of their entry 'not for publication' such as exact budget figures/financial results etc
Entries may be withdrawn at any point up to 15 August 2008 upon written request. Please note, however, that entry fees are non-refundable
The judges reserve the right to amend category selections where appropriate
The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entry not accompanied by the appropriate supporting documentation.
The judges’ decision is final in all cases
Electronic (email) entries will be accepted. However this must be agreed with a member of the Channel Awards Team. Proof of acknowledgement will be sent upon receipt.
Postal entries must be no longer than 10 A4 pages in length including supporting documentation.
Short-listed companies will be notified in advance of the presentation of awards
The winner of each category will be announced at the presentation of the awards; under no circumstances will winners’ details be disclosed before that time
No correspondence will be entered into
Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted under any circumstances
Your entry will be acknowledged by email after the 15 August 2008 deadline.

Table Sales Terms & Conditions:
All payments for tables must be received in advance of the awards evening
Invoices will only be issued with the appropriate purchase order reference(s)
Full VAT receipts will be issued to the payee upon full payment
We regret that cancellations cannot be refunded, however we will be happy to change guest names up to 2 days prior to the event
Incisive Media will endeavour to place your table within the requested area, if there is an over booking Incisive Media will contact you and arrange an alternative location as close to your original choice as possible
